A dinner party organized for the new association committee members and their families. It is a gathering where new committee gets to know each other. Team ethics are formed at this function to work as a group dedicated to fulfill the associations set targets for the year. Partners and children get informed of the time pressures and what is expected from the family, for the member to perform well in the following 12 months.
